HOW TO MAKE THE ULTIMATE CHAI

1cup water, bring to boil

Add 2 tsp Rainbow Chai, simmer 5min

Add 1 cup soy/cows milk, bring up to boil.

Serve, with honey to taste.

Making chai is very individual. Everyone develops their own unique style, according to their tastes, and time available. I personally like to make a brew in a stainless steel pot in the morning, keep it on the stove and drink it during the day by gently simmering it when needed. Then I add milk and honey to the cup. This is not only very easy but also economical.

The spices in the Chai Tea range are not only perfectly combined in traditional ratios of each spice but are full flavoured and fresh. Our popular Spice Mix keeps on releasing its flavour, the longer you simmer it. Great value! This is especially suitable to brew up for large gatherings. Add your favourite tea, coffee, chocolate or dandelion to make your own special brew or just savour the spices alone.

For a festival-style chai, using the Rainbow blend it is best to add half milk or soy and honey or sugar to the pot and gently simmer for 5 mins or so, which tends to make it more like a yummy hot dessert.

Make it an Organic Rainbow Chai, with honey and relax into your cup, knowing your chai spices have been grown as gently as possible!

Refrigerate what is left over, add your favourite ice cream, a dash of milk, and enjoy the best iced chai latte you’ve ever had! Spiced Dandelion lovers will adore this one too.

For Chai on the run, use an infuser with one spoon of your favourite

Caffeine Free Chai

Spiced Dandelion is a wonderful caffeine free beverage.  Featuring the traditional blend of Chai spices with a Roasted Dandelion base.  Some people find that using less than a teaspoon in an infuser makes a milder brew, and a very economical option.

Spice Mix is very popular.  It keeps on releasing its flavour, the longer you simmer it. Also very economical!  This is especially suitable to brew up for large gatherings, where you can simmer the spice mix to bring on a full bodied flavour. Then add your favourite tea, coffee, chocolate, dandelion and/or milk to make your own special brew or just savour the spices alone.
