What is chai?
Chai is a traditional spiced tea that originated in India. It is typically made with black tea, milk, and a warming blend of spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves.
Our chai blends are carefully crafted so that no single spice overpowers the others. Each ingredient is balanced to create a smooth, full-bodied flavour. Our now-famous Rainbow Chai recipe has been a customer favourite since 1988 and has truly stood the test of time.

Is your chai vegan?
Yes. All of our chai products are 100% vegan-friendly.
We do not add milk, honey, or any animal-derived ingredients to our blends.

Yes, our chai is gluten-free. Our blends contain only tea and spices.
Only one blend includes raw sugar, which is also gluten-free.
How do I prepare chai?
