Rooibos Tea is known for its many antioxidants and minerals. Grown in South Africa, this distinctive red tea has a sweet and deliciously earthy flavour. Combined with all the health giving properties of the spices , this is a perfect cup of tea for night time, children and pregnant mummas.  Traditionally it is drunk in South Africa at the turn of the seasons as a preventative and immune booster.  It brews well on the stovetop as it is Caffeine Free and doesnt stew.
